  2. Thesis statement • Corruption is wide spread in South Africa limiting the country's government and health care systems, one of the many diseases that is becoming more prominent is dengue fever. Luke Alphey of Oxitexc, a research group in London, is working to combat the disease by keeping the mosquito population under control.
