OPTION.2 • Businesses (Your clients) want their own UNIQUE keywords on short codes. • Annual cost per keyword is R795 Excl Vat for R2, R3, R5, and R7.50 premium rated short codes • Annual cost per keyword is R1295+ R500Excl Vat monthly for R10, R20 and R30 premium rated short codes • The Agency receives the initial Annual keyword’s payment and 50% annually on renewal • The business receives the following on his unique keyword; • Free return sms to each sender on the unique keyword(s) • Unlimited sub-keywords on the short code, each with it’s own unique return sms message • The unique keyword builds a legal database for the business automatically. • Free email to the business’s inbox of each message received from a customer • Free sms notification of each message received to selected cell number(s) • Free automated email to the business’s customers requested via a sms using the short code. • The business receives an EXTRAsms-credit for each message received, to be used for marketing purposes (Can be accumulated & NEVER expires, which translates to FREE sms marketing) • SMSS provides the platform for sending and receiving sms messages • Unlimited use of the keyword(s) on the short code number(s) • Grouping of different keywords (unlimited) for different departments of a business • Set up for complaints, compliments, suggestions or subscriptions

Businesses purchase MMS credits. An MMS credit is deducted for each MMS auto response.

What is an SMSS Agency? • An SMSS Agency receives the tools, software and back-up to become involved with the communication world, used by millions everyday • Generating a passive income: • An SMSS Agency will; • Resell bulk sms packages to businesses ranging from small to medium to large and make a profit on each sms • Resell bulk MMS packages and make a profit on each MMS • Resell Unique keywords on short code numbers • Earn income on each sms sent to each keyword in the exclusive area • Earn income on each sms sent to a competition, survey, etc on keywords in the exclusive area. • Income is generated, daily, monthly and annually. 10

THE SMSS AGENCY • Each SMSS agency owns his own exclusive area with the following income potential: • 10c – R1.75c for each sms sent in his exclusive area to short codes: 34050(R2),35002(R3),36100(R5),37002(R7.50) • 26c – 80c for each MMS sent in his exclusive area. • R795 + VAT for each business that signs up with SMSS • Resell bulk sms’s from a cost of 18c(depending on volume) to clients. Profit, over and above 18c, for instance if a bulk sms package is sold at 30c per sms, the 12c extra per sms is the Agency’s bulk sms profits • Agency pricing: R45 000 – R250 000 (Depending on the area) • Should an Agency be bought for say; R100 000 the Agency needs only to sell to 125 businesses in TOTAL to recover ALL costs. That’s without the short-code sms-income (R0.10 + R1.75 p/sms), sms reseller income and MMS reseller income. (Only ONE agency will be sold per Area) Agency income: • Each business pays an initial once-off (Annual)registration fee of R795 (Ex VAT) of which the Agency receives R795 + Vat • Each business purchase sms credits directly from your Agency. You make between 4c to 12c per bulk sms purchases on all your clients in your area. • The Agency will earn at least R0.10 for each sms sent to business keywords in the exclusive area (Plus different income per sms for other short code numbers: 35002(R3), 36100 (R5), 37002 (R7.50) • Each business purchase MMS credits directly from your Agency. You make between 25c to 80c per bulk MMS purchases on all your clients in your area 100 x Businesses will generate the following income: 1. Initial income:R79,500 or R30,000 (If consultants are used to register businesses. Consultants are paid R495 per business registering) Monthly income: 2. 100 x R92 (Average Package) = R9,200 p/month 3. 100 x 20 sms messages p/day x R0.10 = R200 x 30 days = R6000 p/month 4. 100 x 20 MMS messages p/day x R0.20 x 30 days = R12,000 p/month TOTAL monthly income = R27,200 (R326,400 per year) TOTAL: 1st Year = R326,400 + R30,000 = R356,400(178% return on investment) 12
