In section 5 of our Comenius project, kindergarten pupils explored the sounds of their city, Rome. They listened to various city noises in the school garden and identified the prominent sound of the passing train. The children engaged in activities by drawing the train and learning a catchy rhyme about it. This initiative, shared with seven other EU countries, aims to enhance our understanding of life in major cities. The project empowers even our youngest students to contribute meaningfully. Watch the children sing their train rhyme in English and celebrate our vibrant city!

The city we live in is Rome. Rome is a beautiful city full of monuments and parks, but there is also so much traffic and noise
We listened to the noises in the school garden: the loudest is the one of the train. We like it!
