Scope of Work • Divert the Belleaire/Royal Palm Waterways through weir structures at B-1, B-2, and B-3 • Dewater the area adjacent to L-4 Weir with sheet piles • Determine the nature and extent of the problem • Decide on a course of action and repair the unforeseen condition • Repair the unforeseen condition • Restore the flow ways of the Belleaire/Royal Palms Waterways • Rebuild the weir structures at B-1, B-2 and B-3

  3. Divert the Royal Palms and Belleaire Waterways through the weir structures at B-1, B-2 and B-3.

  4. Determining the extent of the unforeseen conditions

  5. Three dimensional modeling indicated that the void had a volume of approximately 110 cubic yards

  6. Filling the void with 110 cubic yards of flowable fill through 19 - 6 inch holes that were drilled in the weir deck
