  3. FY05 Grant Deadline • Procurement Process must be completed by June 30, 2009 • Reimbursement Requests must be submitted by June 30, 2009

  4. Grant Extension for FY 2006 • Submit Revised Project Budget Sheets by the COB on July 15, 2009 • Reimbursement Request with invoices only are due no later than the COB on August 31, 2009 • Deobligation of Funds if revised Project Budget Sheets are NOT submitted by July 15, 2009
