Through the lens of: coupled-systems (ecological-human) capital and capacity (human/social; value, vulnerability, resilience, adaptive capacity…) cooperative learning / cooperative research (CFR, FCL) personal and group function (process design and evaluation; leadership and communication) conflict transformation (mutual understanding and respect)
