NMR Service Sample Submission Form

This form is designed for the submission of samples for NMR analysis. Please fill in all required fields, including your name, group, contact information, and details about your sample, such as compound name, weight, and molecular weight. Ensure to provide safety and hazard information regarding your sample, including any potential risks. Use a Wilmad 528 tube of the appropriate length (minimum 17.5 cm) for submission. Ensure You have filled in the safety information. Fill in the molecular weight and weight of sample so we can choose which instrument is best for you.
