Benefits Of Snap Doc • Simplifies the process of accurately identifying pictures • Images are automatically distributed to printers, fax, email and archive systems • Automatic distribution allows information to be easily shared and accessed • Flexible enough to develop alternate workflows with different types of forms • Images are tied directly to form metadata and then stored to archive systems, so searches can be performed in order to quickly retrieve specific pictures • The GPS Module of the Ricoh 500SE stamps pictures with GPS coordinates • Snap Doc can add a link to a map of the GPS coordinates to the form so users can view where the picture was taken.
