Midterm Deficiency Grades • A nightly process runs, identifies midterm grades of C- or below and notifies students and their advisers: Student Email (CC’d to primary adviser): Subject: Mid-term Report of Unsatisfactory Progress Dear Student, You have received a grade of C- in EE 005: Introduction to Embedded Systems for FA 2009-10. This indicates unsatisfactory progress at mid-term. The following comment was submitted as well: “Please submit missing homework sets.” Please confer with your instructor.
