  2. Ziele Sensibilisierung der Teilnehmenden auf die verschiedenen Aspekte der Krisenkommunikation. Befähigung der Teilnehmenden, anhand der Beispiele, der eingebrachten Erfahrungen und der Inputs des Experten, ein auf Ihre Institution zugeschnittenes Krisenmanual zu erstellen.
