The Unified Central Securities Depository The UCSD is authorized to operate with the following securities: government securities debt issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Moldova c) other securities specified in Article 4 of Law # 171 dated July11, 2012, on the capital market
The Unified Central Securities Depository At the initial stage the UCSD operates with securities issued by the Ministry of Finance and with financial instruments of the National Bank of the Republic of Moldova. Starting with December 31, 2018, the UCSD will work with corporate securities and investment companies.
The Unified Central Securities Depository The UCSD is authorized to provide the following services related to securities: Core services а) initial registration in e-format; b) accounts opening and administration; c) securities settlement system management; 2) Additional services: a) post-trade services; b) securities registration and centralized management services: - services related to the shareholders register; - processing corporate transactions; - services related to new issues; - transmission and processing of instructions, collection of fees andprocessing of reports.
