Within the First Component Two studies were carried out : • Restructuring the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform • Establishment of the National Agricultural Policy Center (NAPC)

NAPC short term plan 2 In the Area of Training • Training started for 68 University graduates • Training will take place in one full year • Trainees will benefit individual training • Best trainees will be trained in Italy • Five NAPC staff members are being prepared for Masters training abroad
NAPC short term plan 3 In the Area of Database • Continuous updating and upgrading of the NAPC database on agricultural sector
