Create a fun and nutritious baked potato bar for your group! Each member can customize their potato with ingredients like crispy bacon, steamed broccoli, cheese, and sour cream. Simply microwave the whole potatoes after washing and venting them, fry the bacon, and steam the broccoli. While the food cooks, tidy the kitchen and prepare your dining space. Enjoy the delicious potatoes, and don't forget to clean up afterwards! It's an interactive and healthy meal that everyone will love.

Ingredients • For each member in your group you will need: • 1 potato • ½ slice of bacon • Small portion of broccoli • 1 tablespoon of cheese • 2 tablespoons of sour cream (optional) • ½ tablespoon of butter (optional)
directions • Look on your microwave to find out how to cook a baked potato in the microwave. • Wash and scrub the potato • Poke it with a fork to vent. • Bake your potatoes in the microwave. • Poke with a fork to see if they are done. • Chop bacon and fry it. Drain grease into glass bottle • Steam your broccoli in the microwave with a small amount of water and covered with cling wrap. Look on your microwave to find out how to cook it. • Remember to vent, sit time and to open it away from you. • Make a nutrient dense baked potato
While your food is cooking • Clean your kitchen and wash all dishes!!! • Get out plates and utensils, prepare to eat at your table with your group members.
When you are done eating • Put leftover food you want to take into sandwich baggies • Wash the dishes you ate off of and dish food was cooked in. • Wash counters and all appliances used, including inside of microwave. • Wash tables • Sweep floor, brooms are next to the fridge • Put dirty aprons, towels, and rags in the dirty laundry basket next to the washing machine. • Put away folders • Stack your chairs
