  10. Under 16 Personal Assessment Players are starting to think about tactics of a game and what events affect the outcome of a game. It is important for management to know that there are tools available to record these events and identify these important factors. By using this simple notational analysis tool you can record different events during a match and easily feedback your finding to the players. Remember When communicating your analysis back to the players only outline 2-3 key points that the players will understand and take on board. Don’t overload them with stats!
