One should be aware that everyone's time is necessary and hence, it is not justifiable that the entire meeting room is waiting for someone to start the presentation. One should always be on time to show respect, gratitude, and professionalism. No one has ever done something great in life by not being disciplined, and hence, one should be on time. 2) Organized and dressed properly A meeting room is for the professionals having presentations, discussions, and meetings. It is necessary for everyone to dress accordingly. When someone is in a formal place, they should adequately dress formally as well. Every decorum and occasion has a different dress code. Someone can dress traditional or overdo their stuff in a wedding, but the same attire and makeup wouldn't suit a meeting room.
