  1. HS Announcements: Tuesday, Jan. 8th High School Currently the high school teachers and administration are discussing the possibility of rescheduling the high school talent show. More information will be shared with you when decisions are made. WL-S will be on a one-hour delay this Wednesday for teacher professional development. Attention all high school students. First semester exams will take place next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You will receive exam information and parent signature forms during homeroom today. Attention seniors interested in Sinclair Community College. Scholarship opportunity information for Sinclair is now available in the Guidance office. Please stop by for more information. Attention seniors: Are you interested in applying for the Franklin B. Walters All-Scholastic Award? If so, the application and required documents are due in the HS Guidance Office by January 22, 2013. Stop by HS Guidance to pick up an application. Attention seniors: The Pioneer Electric Coop Scholarship is now available. Your parents need to be Pioneer Electric customers to qualify. First place scholarship amount is $2,000 and second place received $1,500. Please stop in the Guidance office for more information. Attention Seniors: The Ohio JCI Senate Scholarship application is now available in the Guidance office. Deadline is for application is January 17th! Please see Mrs. Hibbs or Ms. Tennant for more information. Attention seniors: The Christy Knotts & Ranae Donohoe Scholarship application is now available in the Guidance office. The deadline to return the scholarship application to the Guidance office will be March 8th. Congratulations to the winners of the gingerbread creation contest of the Sports Nutrition class! The overwhelming peoples’ choice was number 4, created by Siri Pensonen, Morgan Freyhof, Rachel Ritter, and Karli Wilbur. Thanks to all those who created displays and to all our judges! Attention Drama Club - The Drama club will be meeting during first homeroom today, Jan 8th, in the choir room.  The meeting will be to discuss the upcoming field trip to the Victoria Theater on Jan 15th. All members are encouraged to attend.  The meeting will last about 30 minutes. High school girls soccer workouts will begin the week after exams (January 22nd). Captain’s meeting will still take place this Wednesday, after school. See Mr. Cotrell with any questions. Attention New York City Seniors – you had a NYC Payment of $100 due by Friday, Dec. 21st to Mr. Cotrell or Mr. Lewis. If you did not turn this payment in before break, please do so as soon as possible. At this point you should have at least $250 in your NYC account. See Mr. Cotrell or Mr. Lewis to confirm that you are paid up. Please turn payments in during homeroom.
