  3. Transition • 2015 • Merged three functions, forming Alumni, Development and Careers. Teams are centralised on two sites. • 2013 • Alumni and Development Department created. • 2011 • Careers joined Student Experience. Service run both centrally and within academic departments. • Before 2011 • Traditional careers service within one central location. Alumni very small part of business development and then marketing functions.

Getting the word out • Events • Mentoring Awards, Graduation, CareersFest, Pop-up stands in Library, Drop-in sessions, Workshops, etc. • Engagement • Potential members: Social media, PVLs, newsletters, in-curriculum sessions, University events, student/staff portal, etc. • Current members: Exclusive invitations, power bankgiveaway, reminder emails, recognition in newsletters • Promotional Material • Flyers, chocolates, pencils, mentors binder, postcards, pull-up banners, etc.

WE HAVE OVER 240MENTORS OFFERING MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS! 675 TOP 6 INDUSTRIES OUR MENTORS BELONG TO OUR MENTORS COME FROM OVER DIFFERENT SECTORS! 50 TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A RANGE OF SERVICES OFFERED! 10 “I think this service is amazing!
