About Us Awais Ahmed Transport and Heavy Equipments L.L.C. is a U.A.E Company in Dubai established in the year 1986. The company is divided into two units mainly Cargo Transport & Heavy Construction Equipment services to meet the ever increasing demands in the field of Earth Works, Land Excavation work, Infrastructure work spread all over Gulf. Awais Ahmed Transport and Heavy Equipments L.L.C. is managed by a professional team who have been accredited with proven experience in their respective field of activity. An in-depth knowledge of the market and wide experience in the subject, combined with the support of our valuable customers, have equipped us to efficiently meet our clients requirements to their utmost Satisfaction. We offer the most businesslike and economic terms in the line of Heavy equipment & Transport, with a cost saving offer depending on the distance / volume of business, at any given time. COMPANY ACTIVITIES: The company is mainly divided into two activities as follows 1) Cargo Transport: - - Clearing & Forwarding. - Cargo Transport by Flat Trailers - Equipment & Machinery Transport by boom trucks 2) Heavy Equipment: - a) Excavation, backfilling b) Loading and Unloading of goods c) Land Surveying and leveling with latest technology c.i) Total Works Station and GPS system.

Quality Assurance Policy Awais Ahmed Transport & Heavy Equipment Rental L.L.C. is committed to achieve the objective of getting the project completed on or ahead of program within the allocated budget and in accordance with the specification standards & to the satisfaction of the employer. The above goal is achieved though the contribution of all the employees of company. Awais Ahmed Transport & Heavy Equipment Rental L.L.C. is also committed to improve the working environment & employees’ safety in adopting the following criteria: - Prevent any injury at work sites. - Always maintain a safe and healthy atmosphere to avoid any injuries and always adopt safe working practices. - Increasing the awareness of the safety among the employees through the regular “Tool Box Talks”. - Safety personals are to monitor the safety performance of all the employees and sub contractors and to advice the management accordingly to take the appropriate corrective measures whenever necessary. - Maintaining the quality of the work & the safety of the employees are the prime responsibilities of each employee as per the company procedure. The quality controller is to monitor the performance of the employees with regard to the quality and report to the management periodically for further improvement.
Health and Safety Policy Awais Ahmed Transport & Heavy Equipment Rental L.L.C. considers the Health and safety to be the highest priority in day to day activities of the company. Providing a standard of Training, Information, Instruction and Supervision in Health and Safety to enable its employees to carry out their given duties safely is the main motive of Awais Ahmed Transport & Heavy Equipment Rental L.L.C.safety policy. Safety including prevention of bodily injuries to one self as well as the others is the responsibility of each of our employees as strictly instructed. We confirm that we are in full compliance with Dubai Municipality and other government department’s regulations in regard to the safety aspects. Our safety policy is enforcing the following objectives to be strictly complied by all the employees. - Prevent any injury at work sites. - Always maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere to avoid any injuries and always adopt safe working practice. - Increasing the awareness of the safety amongst the employees through the regular “Tool Box Talks”. - Strictly ensure that the appointed sub contractors are fully aware of the safety policy and are in full compliance with the company safety policy requirements. Safety personnel are to monitor the safety performance of all the employees and sub contractors and to advice the management accordingly to take the appropriate correction measures whenever necessary.
About the Senior Management. The management of the Group has extensive experience in Managing and developing the prosperous Businesses. Their brief profile is as follows: Mr. Awais Ahmed After successfully achieving his Master degree in Business Administration. He has been Managing the Company for the past five years and has proved himself as a valuable asset for his origination. He has not only efficiently maintained a highly progressive staff but also helped the origination with his expertise in various field. He is currently working as the C.E.O of the Company. Mr. Mustarem Khan Mr. Mustarem Khan holds a Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Roads and High ways. He has vast work experience of over 18 years. He started his career as Survey Engineer. He worked in UAE on projects like Al Quoz industrial Area roads and infrastructure project, Nad Al Hamar, Beirute Road and Tunnel project (Air Port Tunnel). Few years ago he joined the Company as a Projects Manager

Survey Division We have a dedicated survey team geared up with state of the art survey stations. This team assists us in the projects we undertake and are fully capable to do survey by them. To improve the working of our team we have provided them the latest equipment like Trimble GPS, Trimble total station, wild theodolite, Laica levels etc. Moreover our in house quality control systems ensure that our clients receive most accurate and reliable results.
