e-Permitting Project

The e-Permitting project aims to enhance municipal services by implementing an efficient digital platform for permitting, licensing, and inspections across pilot towns like Chatham, Nantucket, and Yarmouth. Funded by the Community Innovation Challenge Grant, the initiative is set to facilitate user-friendly web kiosks and mobile access for citizens to apply, renew, and pay for various permits and licenses. By integrating tools for inspectors and providing seamless online services, the project fosters innovation and improves public service delivery in local municipalities.
