  15. A new approach to the definition the concept of “Information":: Information - is a fundamental universal property of Reality. It is shown that fragments of reality manifest themselves differently in space and time, i.e. have the property differences. The combination of these differences - this is information. Информация – это фундаментальное всеобщее свойство реальности. Оно проявляется в том, что фрагменты реальности различным образом проявляют себя в пространстве и времени, т.е. обладают свойством различия. Совокупность этих различий и есть информация.

  16. A new formulation of the Fundamental Question of Philosophy: • The basic question of Philosophy can be viewed in a new production - as the ratio of Matter and Information. It is a new interpretation of Plato's philosophical concept of the dual nature of the Universe.
