Work Health Safety (WHS) Risk Management Objectives • Duty of Employee • Use suitable appliance, protective clothing, convenience, equipment or other means or thing provided for securing his safety, health and welfare while at work • Co-operate with his employer or principal and any other person to such extent as will enable his employer, principal or the other person, as the case may be, to comply with the provisions of this Act • Does not willfully or recklessly misuse the appliance, protective clothing, convenience, equipment or other means or thing provided for securing the safety, health or welfare of persons at work. • Understand the parties concerned i.e. Occupier, Employer, Employee and etc. • Know the risk assessment process • Prevent injury and illness and reduce accident by knowing the hazards at your workplace and taking appropriate safety precautions
