6. How it’s set up • Fill out mediation request form • Mediator tells students when it’s their turn to report for meeting. • Take lunch to mediation table by Art Room.

8. The Mediation Process • Mediator explains the rules. • Each person has a chance to tell their point of view. • Brainstorm and agree to a solution. • Sign contract.
