Who are your Gopher Swimmers? “The satisfaction when you cut time off your swim,” Eivan Ram, 10.
Who are your Gopher Swimmers? “It teaches you a lot of self-motivation and self-reliance. Every day you want to come and do better than before for yourself and for your team,” Victor Garza, 10.
Who are your Gopher Swimmers? “My 50 free is a 1:11 and my 100 free is a 2:42,” Juan Garza, 10.

What do you need? • Swimsuit • Goggles
When do we practice? • Freshman swimmers will train during the last period of the day. • Varsity swimmers will train during the first period of the day.
Where do we practice? • Kirby Creek Natatorium, next door to South Grand Prairie High School
How did we do? • Gophers Boys Swim Team • Sent five swimmers to regional championships last year. • Beat four schools at this year’s 2010 Irving Winter Invitational with two members of the team.
