5. Our Quality Control Policy To maintain the reputation of the network we maintain a strict policy of quality control. All Properties submitted by agents are manually checked under the following criteria. • No duplicate properties. First come first served policy. • Properties automatically deactivated from listings after 3 months. • A minimum of 4 photos per property • Photos must be of good quality and clear. • All data is filled. • Spell checking. • Descriptions are grammatically correct. • Properties hand checked by network admin staff

6. Our Code of Conduct Network members who do not abide by our code of conduct guidelines will have their membership revoked. To maintain the reputation of the network and to promote buyer confidence and confidence between agents we have created some simple guidelines for all members to follow: • No false or misleading information • Agents advertising properties agree to share commission with any network member who provides a prospective buyer under the terms of the network contract. • An agent must state the commission available at the time of contact. • An agent must be courteous, polite and professional in all their dealings with network members and enquiries from the network. • The agent must inform the referrer of a prospective buyer once a purchase has been made and should make payment as soon as sales funds are received.
