BELLWORK

On May 23, 2003, an INSET day focused on enhancing learning through innovation. Educators explored accelerated learning techniques, built a collaborative community, and engaged learners with diverse resources. Participants discussed their insights on learning, exchanged ideas with peers, and introduced additional concepts, such as Gardner’s multiple intelligences and the importance of accommodating various learning styles. Key methods included using multisensory materials and creating a supportive classroom environment centered on collaboration and affirmation. Emphasis was placed on adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of all learners.
