  4. The point is: The Level set computations and simultaneous visualization (as shown on previous images) are performed ENTIRELY ON GPU. It performs general floating-point computations in addition to rendering GPU-Based Segmentation

  5. Great way to use GPU • For interactive segmentation of medical volume data. • That data involves solving a large number of equations • Equations are computationally very demanding. GPU-Based Segmentation
