  20. High Commands - Serial Dilution • A Command to perform a serial dilution with two or more steps. • Every dilution step has the same dilution ratio. Gemini Training Page 20

  21. High Commands - Serial Dilution When using “Diluent for Each Step”, diluent for a single step will be aspirated at a time. When using “Diluent for All Steps”, the diluent will be aspirated only once, in sufficient volume for all following dilution steps. Gemini Training Page 21
