Östersund, Torvalla Industrial Park OWNER Municipality of Östersund LOCATION Östersund County of Jämtland 600 km north of Stockholm SITE CHARACTERISTICS Greenfield, undeveloped land, zoned and planned ready to go. The total area is 43 hectares, but can also be available in smaller lots. Buildable area max 30% of land area (129 000 m² or 1 388 000 ft² on 43 hectares). Distance to airport 14km CLIMATE Average temperature per year +3,7 °C. Maximum temperature 1996-2010 +29,1 C min -33,5 C POWER Today: Capacity to site 10 MW, 22 kV 20 MW within 3 months from order, 15 MW fully redundant. To be connected to existing substation 500 meters from the site Up to 70 MW within 18 months from order. A substation and a new 145 kV power line 2 km long, will be built CONNECTIVITY Redundant dark fiber is on the site border. Fiber providers are TeliaSonera, Norrsken,Trafikverket and TDC COOLING Cool climate,giving excellent conditions for free cooling.Water supplied from the Municipality waterline. A new watertower will be built 2012, 700 meters from the site. INCENTIVES Östersund is located in support area A, the highest incentive level in Sweden with a possibility for investment grant up to 35 %
