Cytogenetics 2. BCR/ABL by RT-PCR, if negative, then reflex to JAK2 v617f (if -, then exon 12 for PV and MPL for ET or IMF)

  2. MDS – 1. Cytogenetics 2. FISH +/- CLL/SLL – 1. Cytogenetics ( aCGH may replace) 2. FISH for CLL/SLL Myeloma – 1. Cytogenetics (aCGH may replace) 2. FISH for MM CD10+ B cell lymphoma - 1. r/o follicular lympoma (morphology, FISH for IgH/BCL2, IHC) • r/o Burkitts (morphology, IHC, FISH for MYC, reflex to MYC/IgH) • r/o DLBCL (morphology, IHC) • r/o “grey zone” or “double hit” – FISH for MYC, MYC/IgH, IgH/BCL2
