5. Audit management with the Audit Wizard The Audit Wizard is designed to simplify the task of creating internal audits and to Manage, Quantify and Track audit results. Audit Wizard overview The Audit Wizard module is very versatile and can manage virtually any type of audit. Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, Product, Security, Stress… almost anything. I Any number of audits can be created - each with up to 80 questions. Answers are scaled on a user designed scale - making it simple to quantify audits and to trend audit results. II Your MANAGEMENT staff have PASSWORD PROTECTED access to the Audit Wizard via the Back Office - where audits are created and managed. III The Audit Wizard links toCORRECTIVE ACTIONmodules - Quality and ESH - making it simple to track and report on issues raised during the audit that require action to be taken. IV The Audit Wizard is not aimed at the experienced auditor doing system audits.It is designed for all those lower level audits conducted by a number of auditors yet requiring REPEATABLE and COMPARABLE results. 6. The Audit Wizard Process Firstly.. CREATEauditQUESTIONS and decide on AUDIT SCORE SCALE SCHEDULE Audits and ASSIGN auditors * PRINTBLANK AUDITS and DISTRIBUTE to auditors Paper Tiger can CREATE any type of audit that your organisation may require. Once created an audit can be used in any location any number of times. Reports can be created listing audits pertaining to specific locations, customers, products, staff etc. CONDUCT Audits RECORD the results in the Audit Wizard RAISE CORRECTIVE ACTIONSif needed GENERATEAUDIT REPORT and CORRECTIVE ACTION SUMMARY (approx 30 seconds each) UPDATE Audit schedule * * = This is done in the Paper Tiger Audit schedule, in Outlook or similar. 7. Audit Wizard : A Step by Step Guide Open Audit Screen Access to the Audit Wizard is by password. Permissions are set up in the password screen for selected staff to create new audit types, add and edit audit questions and create audit scales. Staff that manage audits do this through the Audit Wizard screen. Here blank audit forms are printed, results entered and reports generated. X

Overview Audit Wizard : A Step by Step Guide Create and Edit Audit Questions and Audit Scale Housekeeping Housekeeping Stairs and Passage ways Select the new audit type from the drop down list Are stairs and passage ways free of litter? To edit existing audit questions, simplyselect the Audit Typefrom the drop down list. Is the floor clean and dry? Are exits unobstructed and free of rubbish? And so on - up to 80 questions in 10 groups per audit Tocreate a new auditclick the + button and add the audit to the list. Click to view the audit types setup screen You can set up any scale required within the parameters shown at the top of the Audit score scale screen. Paper Tiger will automatically adjust the audit score calculations according to the scale created. …and enter the audit subgroups headings and the audit questions. Any number and type of audits can be created. Audit questions can be edited or added at any time- but only by staff authorised to do so. 10. As easy as 1 - 2 - 3 Audit Wizard : A Step by Step Guide Print a blank audit sheet Select the Audit Type and open the Audit screen. 1 2 Click “Blanks” 3 The ‘blank’ is ready to print The blank form can be printed or emailed directly from Paper Tiger to the assigned auditor(s). X

Audit Wizard : A Step by Step Guide Enter Audit Results On completion of the audit the results are entered in the Audit Wizard Open the Audit Wizard andselect the Audit Type Click ‘Create new Audit’. The Audit Wizard will create a new audit and give it a unique audit number. Enter Audit details, ie type, location, plant, auditor, date, process, product, supplier etc Audit result. This is simply a case of ‘tab’ing down the fields and either enter the score directly or selecting from the scale The Audit Wizard will calculate the Pass Rate based on your audit scale Enter any Comments or notesin the notefield. There is enough capacity for up to 64000 characters. X

If you need to raise corrective actions as a result of the audit - there are direct links to both Corrective Action (CQM)andEnvironmental Safety and Health (ESH) Management Audit Wizard : A Step by Step Guide Raise Corrective Actions resulting from the Audit Click to continue Simply select the appropriate module. For this example we use the ESH module. Once in the ESH module Paper Tiger will automatically enter known data from the audit screen. The user just adds the type of action and what the issue is. Then assign and deadline the corrective action - it is ready to issue (print or email) X

17. Create Audit reports Audit Wizard : A Step by Step Guide The next report is generated from the ESH module and summarise the three Action requests raised (962, 963 and 964). Click to view The Audit reports At the end of each audit there remains the chore of creating the audit report. With Paper Tiger this task is very simple and quick. There are two reports - one that displays the audit results and a second one that summarise any action requests raised. 123 This report list the result of each audit question. It summarise audit details and pass rate (score) and has a large note field on the second page. Click printer icon to view First: Open the report screen and type in the audit number - or select from the drop down list and click the printer icon. X
