LA FP&C • Received Cooperative Agreement for FP&C contribution to QTA • Provided documentation for construction award concurrence • Coordinating with FP&C to confirm bid process and eligible items for terminal contribution • 2019 Capital Outlay Application submitted • Applying for $7 million towards terminal construction to be available next Fall EDA Grant Application • Revised EDA grant application submitted. Awaiting date for Decision Committee TSA OTA Application • Submitted Grant Application, Waiting on Feedback Terminal Program Update

Airlines • Working with Airlines to discuss leasable space and an agreement to buildout space in New Terminal QTA \ Ready Return • Continued to meet with Rental Car Companies, moving forward on QTA Lease Rates • Bids received • Working with FP&C on approvals for NTP Concessions Terminal Program Update

  5. Enabling Demo • Demolition - Complete • AOA fencing and gates – Complete • Fill Material and Asphalt – Complete • Seeding/Sod – Complete • Substantially Complete Terminal Program Update

  11. New Terminal Construction Update Project 1 – RTR Cable Relocation • IRMC was approved by FAA and preconstruction meeting completed • Additional cable procured and ASI drawings in progress GMP1 – Project 1

  12. New Terminal Construction Update Project 2 – RTR Facility • Electrical service to the building trenched and concrete poured. • Building pad structural fill hauled in, wet weather delayed compaction testing. GMP 1 – Project 2 RTR Facility

  13. New Terminal Construction Update Project 5 – Enabling Parking • Installation of storm drainage pipe and boxes. • Site stripping and electrical rough-in GMP 1 – Project 5 Enabling Parking
