  3. Intention: • To aid communication between the Partnership Board and Providers • To create a means of communication between providers, if needed • To encourage communication at Provider Forum

  4. How? • Attend and actively contribute to the Partnership Board meetings and work • Provide a provider’s perspective • Pass information to the provider forum from the Partnership Board • Page on LD website, hosted by Partnership Board, for LD providers Facilitate a provider slot at end of each forum
