RFP # 14-01 • Texas General Land Office • Rental Activity- Affordable Rental Housing • 51% of units Occupied by LMI persons • Income and rent restrictions apply for units assisted with CDBG funds • LMI Objective – to assist individuals whose total annual gross income does not exceed 80% AMI, adjusted for family size

RFP # 14-01 • Compliance in accordance with the TDHCA’s CDBG Disaster Recovery Program • Rents must comply with High HOME rents and other LURA restrictions as applicable • HOME rents – equal to lesser of FMR or 30% of the adjusted income for people earning 65% AMFI • Home rents – see TDHCA website
