The Tri-Main Center project, spearheaded by Jason Hamel, Kevin Kim, Demetri Land, Matthew Szczerbiak, and Juliana Turner, aims to transform the operations of a dynamic business community in Buffalo, NY. Spanning 650,000 square feet across six floors, the center currently relies on outdated paper and Excel systems. To enhance organization and accessibility, we propose a comprehensive database that will allow tenants to easily access payment histories, utility invoices, and other essential information. This modernization will facilitate quick, efficient operations and foster collaborative communication among 85 businesses.
