  6. Heston Hyde Hotel Hotel Hyde Hotel is located in West London... North Hyde Lane, HounslowMiddlesex TW5 0EP Approximately 30-45mins drive into central London.

  7. Get ready in the mornings when instructed to do so by staff. Be in rooms by 11.00pm. (lights out at 11.30pm). A lot of walking is involved in the trip and recovery for the day’s activities will be needed. Only use the room allocated to you. Remain in rooms after 11.00pm. until the following morning (unless in an emergency). Respect other people’s right to privacy and a good night’s sleep. Keep noise to a minimum. Heston Hyde Hotel

  14. Student Contacts while in London We require the phone numbers which the students are using on the trip tonight. They will be destroyed on return to school.

  15. St Monica’s R.C. High School Residential Educational Visits Behaviour Contract Section 1 – Journeys • Keep seat belts fastened at all times on the minibus. This is a legal requirement. • Remain seated at all times, unless asked by a member of staff. • Refrain from chewing gum. Chewing gum will be confiscated. • Put all rubbish in bins or rubbish bags provided. • Return to meeting points before the time stated. Section 2 – Accommodation • Get ready in the mornings when instructed to do so by staff. • Attend allmeals, unless excused by a member of staff. • Be in rooms by 10.30pm. (lights out at 11.00pm). A lot of walking is involved in the trip and recovery for the day’s activities will be needed. Only use the room allocated to you. • Remain in rooms after 10.30pm. until the following morning (unless in an emergency). • Respect other people’s right to privacyand a good night’s sleep. Keep noise to a minimum. Section 3 – Evening Activities 1, Follow instructions regarding walking to and from venues and activities. 2. Listen to and follow instructions given at venues or activities. 3. Be on time at all meeting points. Section 4 – General Safety • Smoking, drugs and alcohol are totally forbidden and possession of such is subject to local law and school discipline policy • Pupils must not go off by themselves, nor in groups without permission. Staff must know where all pupils are at all times to ensure their safety. • Pupils must conduct themselves appropriately in a mature, dignified and civilised manner at all times. It may be a holiday but we are still representing the school. Should pupils fail to follow the rules of conduct, staff will take action in line with the severity of the offence. This may include prohibiting pupils from participating in activities.
