Link • The link is background information that connects your point and evidence.
Evidence • The evidence is a specific example from the text or another source (quote, summary, etc.) that supports your point. You must cite your evidence using the following format: (Author’s Last Name pg #).
Analysis • The analysis is your explanation of your evidence and its relationship to your point. Explain how your evidence proves your point.
