  7. Not blaming people or situation

  8. Focus your time and effort in doing things you can influence

  9. 2 Habit Begin With The End In Mind Start Everything You Do With A Clear Objective

  10. Start everything with END In Mind means

  11. Able to create mental image of end result clearly

  12. In fact, All achievement and creation has TWO PHASE of Creation:

  13. 1. When you create the mental picture 2. When you create it in real world

  14. It’s like a blue print, Final result of a creation will follow how it has been created mentally

  15. 3 Habit First Things First Always Start With The Most Important

  16. This means, Focus on PRIORITY We can not solve everythingin our life

  17. Part Two The next three habits: INTERDEPENDENCEWITH OTHER PEOPLE

  18. 4 Habit Think Win-Win Think to win together Not ‘win/lose’

  19. Think WIN-WIN means Start with cooperation, and aim for mutual benefit to all parties

  20. 5 Habit Seek first to understand, Then be understood Understand others before they understand you

  21. Try to LISTEN Don’t ask people to understand you. Instead, try to see from other’s perspectivefirst.In the end, they will understand you.

  22. 6 Habit Synergize Do synergize with other people

  23. Always do Synergize means Combining our strengths with others to create something together.Not to compete or defeat others.

  24. Third Part The last habit is about SELF Renewal

  25. 7 Habit Sharpen The Saw Make sure your saw always in a good shape and functioning well

  26. Always Sharpen The Saw means Always maintain and renew your greatest assets Yourself

  27. Four Aspects that needs continuous renewal: physical social/emotional mental spiritual
