  6. Complaints and Proactive Investigations: • Nearly 3,000 Title IX-related complaints • Launched more than 35 proactive investigations

  7. * A single complaint can raise multiple issues; therefore the total number of issues raised will exceed the number of complaints received.

What are High School AD’s saying? • Letter of Interest Surveys • District supervisor oversees gender equity • Combine with other school districts for teams • Hiring female coaches • Don’t talk about much – normal equality • LGBT issues • Divide % booster allocations • Alternate preferred games & practices • Equity & inclusion policies • Prefer not to comment – under investigation • Rushed & informative
