Important Graduation Ceremony Check-In Details and Guidelines

All graduates are required to check in one hour prior to the ceremony at the UC III Ballroom. Please note that electronic devices such as cell phones, Bluetooth headsets, iPods, Blackberries, pagers, and MP3 players are not allowed during the ceremony as they can disrupt electrical equipment. Make sure to check all personal belongings like coats and purses in the BEXAR Room located in the lobby. After the ceremony, retrieve your belongings immediately and follow the designated exit. Arrive on time to avoid placement at the back of the line.

  2. Check - in • All graduates must check in one hour prior to the ceremony in the UC III Ballroom (west side) UC III HSS Building Rec Center MS Building

  3. No Electronic Devices The following are NOT allowed in the Ceremony • Cell Phones, Bluetooth head sets • IPods • Blackberries • Pagers • MP3 players These devices interfere with the electrical equipment

  4. Check your Belongings • Check all coats, wraps, purses, etc in the BEXAR Room located in the lobby • You will be moving during the ceremony and cannot leave items in your chair • Pick up your personal belongings immediately after the ceremony

  5. Procession out of the Ballroom to the Convocation Center Ballroom 1 exits first Line ends here 398, 399, 400 Line ends here 198, 199, 200 Second Half starts, 201, 202 Line starts here 1, 2, 3, 4, Information BEXAR ROOM (COAT CHECK) RESTROOMS Lobby
