Signs of deficiency dry skin, cracked lips, red and flaky skin especially round nose and eyes, sore mouth and tongue, eye irritation daily dosage:1,7 mg Riboflavin – B2 Vitamin B2 is found in beer. It is necessary for the maintenance of good vision, skin, nails and hair. Promotes general health.

  4. Niacin is not a true vitamin in the strictest definition since it can be derived from the amino acid tryptophan.
