  2. 1St - day report.

  3. 2nd – day report We had two presentations on two related, basic topics by Hillas and Ptuskin. The goal in both was to exhibit the basic simplicity and generality of the results. • Hillas: the power input into galactic C.R. • Ptuskin: The anisotropy determined from observations of grammage and basic galactic parameters. We also added to our shopping list of simple problems.

  4. We expect to continue in this mode.
