2. TIMELINE OF OUR GROUP COMPANIES Year 1995 – Establishment of Dhruv Chem Industries, Unit I, for Bromine based intermediates and specialty chemicals for bulk drugs. Since its incorporation company is continually growing and evolved as one of the reliable and quality supplier for bromine based derivatives. Year 2010 - Established Dhruv Chem Industries, Unit II, for further expansion of our Bromine based product line to meet customers need. Year 2019 - Establishment of our own Rule 9 Bromine Recovery Units “Akshat Chem Industries”, Chhatral and “Vibrant Fine Chem", Dahej to strengthen our inhouse fine quality of bromine requirements. Year 2020 - Establishment of Shri Laxmi Chemicals, Chhatral and Synergy Intermediates, Olpad for R&D and bromine based product development and manufacturing. FACILITY Dhruv Chem Industries and Shri Laxmi Chemicals has state of the art manufacturing facilities for manufacturing of Bromine derivatives at their Chhatral Units. Companies are ISO Certified for 9001: 2015, 14001: 20015, 14001: 2018 Company has acquired all necessary approvals, consents and permissions from Pollution Control Boards and GIDC to manufacture enlisted products.

Our major success comes from the process innovation and effficiencies. Our product portfolio has increased to around 38 products by the end of March 2022. Dhruv Chem Industries has its own R&D facilities – at Chhatral. It has a dedicated and experienced team for Research and Development. Dhruv Chem Industries is committed to strengthening its R&D capabilities and keeps adequate budget for its R&D.
