  3. Class to class: Use your bag – zipped shut! • Don’t swing the bag. • Don’t throw the bag down – on a desk, on the floor, etc. • In a class: Carry with two hands. Carrying Your Netbook

  4. Carry your cord & other related equipment (ear buds, etc.) in the outer pocket. • Do NOT carry BOOKS & large items in the main pocket. • This bag is NOT your backpack! The Laptop Bag

  5. When possible, use a flat desktop or table. • Don’t place open drinks near your netbook. Placement of Your Laptop

  6. Don’t pound on your keyboard. • Don’t shake your laptop. • Don’t put heavy things on top of it. Handle With Care

  7. Do NOT loan your laptopor power cord to other students. • If someone is missing something, alert your teacher – let the teacher help you solve the issue. It is YOUR Laptopto Use

  8. Do not decorate the case, screen or keyboard with stickers or decorations. Case, Screen, & Keyboard

  9. Do not download anything (programs, fonts, screensavers, etc.) without permission. • Check with your teacher first for approval. • If your laptop gets a virus, it will be re-imaged – and you will lose your work and what you have downloaded. Downloads

  10. If notice that something is wrong, tell your teacher as soon as you realize it. Something Wrong?

  14. The RED arrows show the “Left” click & the “Right” click. • The BLUE arrow shows the tracking pad. Mouse Pad

  15. Note that the tracking pad can also act like the “Left” & “Right” click – but this can be turned off if you just want to use if as a tracking pad only. Mouse Pad
