  3. Can we do this? • Will grant funding support an ongoing project? • Is the project already approved? • Is staff available to run the project?

  4. Develop a Program • Write down some ideas for programs or projects • Make sure that the project is needed • Create enthusiasm!

  5. Leverage Your Budget • Does the grant require match? • What budget limitations do you have?
