  2. 網站主題 • 名稱：One In A Million簡稱 OIAM ，其意涵為許多品牌中最好的。 • 主題：紙膠帶創意手作文具。 • 起源：紙膠帶原本為3M公司開發是用於汽車烤漆時防護的用途，使用完撕掉、不會損害黏貼部位的商品為訴求。 近年則出現許多款式可用於包裝，書寫……等，而在文具禮品國際展覽場也出現由紙膠帶所玩出來的各種藝術創作。

  3. 網站目的及對象 • 目的：藉由網站行銷紙膠帶，及透過Facebook和Twitter的網路平台讓手作愛好者在網站上分享使用紙膠帶的作品及心得，促使紙膠帶銷售。 • 對象：針對喜好紙膠帶來製作手作卡片或是在生活上使用紙膠帶裝飾，有相同興趣的人。
