This report details the extensive testing performed on the Next Generation 911 (NG-911) infrastructure at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Utilizing the NENA ICE testing framework, we executed over 50 diverse use cases within a multi-vendor environment. The testing included accessibility solutions for speech and hearing-impaired users, PSTN and legacy network integrations, and real-time logging and recording from a variety of vendors. Key themes encompassed end-to-end testing across multiple PSAPs, ESRPs, and ECRFs, ensuring robust evaluation of the NG-911 network.
