  2. Individuals Should Be Treated With Respect at Bair. • There will be “zero tolerance” of prohibited harassment. • Bair promotes a professional atmosphere with equal employment opportunities and non-discriminatory practices. • Relationships should be free of bias, prejudice and harassment.

  3. What is Sexual Harassment? • Verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, • Unwelcomed advances or requests for sexual favors, • Sexual jokes and innuendos, • Verbal abuse of a sexual nature, • Leering, whistling or touching, • Obscene gestures,

  4. What is Sexual Harassment? • Display of sexually suggestive objects or pictures, • Physical or verbal acts of a sexual nature.

  6. Harassing conduct includes but is not limited to: • Epithets, slurs or negative stereotyping, • Threatening, intimidating or hostile acts, • Denigrating jokes, • Written or graphic material that denigrates or shows hostility to an individual or group.
