New Goloka Dhama Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, NC, 27278 2008 • Design is also inspired from current Hillsborough Temple as well New Zealand Temple • The layout of the main temple hall is octagonal and so is the dining hall below it. This shape allows more flexibility in developing multipurpose uses that are well connected. • The site and temple design will incorporate Vedic architectural features inside and outside the building as well as a traditional, yet modern dome over the altar.
