Assembly and Analysis of Wheat ESTs Containing LKR/SDH Sequences

This study focuses on the assembly of wheat ESTs that include LKR/SDH sequences, which were organized into three distinct contigs. These contigs were compared to the BAC LKR/SDH coding and 3’-UTR sequences for functional insights. Genome assignments are indicated by A, B, and D labels on the branches, providing valuable information for understanding genomic organization. The number of ESTs identified in each contig is also documented in parentheses, contributing to the characterization of LKR/SDH related genes in wheat.
