  1. Entrance Exams • Entrance exams take place every year from February to Match. • These exams are for potential students who wish to join NUCB. • Students take several exams relating to different subjects. • Our faculty’s Entrance Exam Committee is concerned with making only the English exams. • Committee creates six core and three special English language Entrance exams.

  2. Role of Entrance Exam Committee • Each exam has 50 questions worth 100 points, divided into 5 sections. • These sections include; grammar, short dialogues, short cloze, medium reading, long dialogue, business correspondence and long reading. • Committee usually consists of three members who meet every week in the fall semester, to create, update and proof read exams. • In December a review committee checks the exams. • Final versions of exams submitted to Nyushi in January. • Exams take place in February and March. For each exam, a member of the committee must be present.
